Jason & Tina Ellis, Youth Pastors

The Ellis' met in March of 2008 at ICON. A year later, they were married on March 7, 2009 in Livingston, TX. Pastor Jason came on board at ICON as youth pastor in April 2009, but has been in youth ministry for about 5 years, most recently as the Jr. High Youth Pastor in Livingston, TX. Pastor Jason grew up in Corpus Christi, TX. He graduated from Texas A&M University, Commerce. Tina graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. She has been serving with Glory Gang at ICON since 2003.

They have a son, who was born on January 4, 2011, named Josiah Miguel

Richard & Dottie Konderla, Children's Pastors

The Konderla family has been serving at this church since 1999, but has been in children's ministry since 1986. Pastor Richard grew up in various places including Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas and uses his God-given talents of music and art in a high impact presentation that has proven very effective in inner city outreach to kids. Dottie grew up in California and Arkansas, and they married in 1981. They have six children: Jeremy, Heidi, Andrew, Chase, Lance, and Valorie - two daughters-in-law, Julia and Melanie, and one son-in-law Chip.

Dennis & Cindy Land, Lead Pastors

The Land's grew up as childhood friends and high school sweethearts in Andrews, TX. Pastor Dennis attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, TX and they married in 1977. Taking their first pastorate at First Assembly of God in Livingston, TX in 1982, the Land's then moved to First Assembly of God here in Nacogdoches in 1992. Enjoying their four sons (Brad, Nathan, Blake, and Colton), daughters-in-law Heather and Valerie, and grandchildren Noah, McKenna, and Ava is a priority in their lives. Pastor Dennis is also the Presbyter for the Lufkin Section of the Assemblies of God. Cindy is the Lufkin Section Women's Ministry Representative.
