The Konderla family has been serving at this church since 1999, but has been in children's ministry since 1986. Pastor Richard grew up in various places including Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas and uses his God-given talents of music and art in a high impact presentation that has proven very effective in inner city outreach to kids. Dottie grew up in California and Arkansas, and they married in 1981.
